As beauty bloggers we have a nose for new launches, holy grail products and those products that receive just a bit too much hype. My step sister is a hairdresser and little known to me, there is a whole sector that we are missing out on – the secrets of the salon.
I love a trip to the hairdressers because I always leave with my hair feeling and looking better than I could ever achieve myself. Many of the products used in such places are hard to come by on the high street or even in higher end stores. Sally’s, a hair and beauty salon supply chain, was never somewhere I would think to shop but they stock some real gems that are hard to come.
To cut a long rambling story short, this, THIS, has become a holy grail product in my life – Revlon’s Equave Detangling Conditioner. Firstly, who knew Revlon did hair care?! This stuff is amazing, to the point that I don’t use conditioner for every wash and instead spritz this through the lengths of my hair when damp, leaving it feeling as soft (maybe even softer) as regular conditioner. It’s really light weight, doesn’t add any horrible sticky feeling to your clean hair and is enriched with keratin which is always a good thing.
PS. I just found it on Beauty Bay here and it’s in sale – hurrah!
