Nails Inc love nothing more than a good celebrity collaboration and although we all know it's just a famous person putting their name to something, we fall for it every time and are lured in with intrigue.

The Victoria Beckham x Nails Inc launched a while ago now and I wasn't hugely interested but I picked them up on a whim while in Sephora in Barcelona, which you can read more about here, because they were priced at around £12 each - they come in at £25 a piece in the UK and I would never pay that much for a polish!

There are two shades to choose from - Bamboo White and Judo Red. The neutral offering is an ideal spring/summer shade, an off-white that avoids the Tippex look with a hint of pink - a perfect compliment to tanned hands! The red is what I would describe as a Louboutin red - a bright, orangey rouge that makes an impact.

In terms of shades, I'm in love, buttttt at £25 each I'm not sold on its lasting power. After a day or two of wear I got those little annoying chips that you try to fill in but end up making a mess with (you all know what I mean) and when the neutral requires three coats for opaque coverage, you shouldn't have to be filling in after that time.

There are much longer lasting and cheaper alternatives on the high street that I would recommend over these, a few of my favourites can be seen here, so save your pennies and head to Boots!

What are your thoughts on the Victoria Beckham x Nails Inc range?

  1. These do look lovely but I'm not one to be applying 3 coats I get fed up before that and for the price you'd want a good coverage first swipe.

    Great review.
